Keith Hite

Head shot of Keith HiteKeith Hite has more than three decades of public service in the intergovernmental arena, with a special focus on grassroots local government. Keith was Executive Director of the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS) from 2000 to 2010. PSATS represents and provides services to the Commonwealth’s 1,458 townships and their more than 10,000 elected and appointed public officials, serving the state’s 4.7 million township residents. During his tenure as PSATS’s CEO, he served as president of the board of directors of the National Association of Towns and Townships and represented both associations on numerous state and federal agencies, boards and commissions. Prior to his work at PSATS, Mr. Hite, a veteran of the U.S. Army, was a senior official with the Pennsylvania Department of Community Affairs, an agency that serves the state’s local governments and their elected and appointed public officials. More recently, Keith was a senior consultant with Novak Strategic Advisors, a Harrisburg based government affairs firm.
