Millard Rose

Millard Rose is President and Co-Owner of Virtual Town Hall (VTH). During the last 18 years VTH has helped hundreds of small towns develop and grow their internet presence. The firm is the largest provider of government websites in the Northeast US, supporting 550+ municipalities with a wide variety of web-based services. In addition to his leadership responsibilities at VTH, Millard is active in government associations in MA, CT, and NY.  Prior to VTH, Millard spent 22 years in the consumer products industry in executive sales and marketing positions with multiple companies. He also served as Technology Chairperson for the International Housewares Manufacturers Association. Millard contributes as an Executive Coach in the Babson College Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program.
