NADO Selects Barton Russell & Associates to Develop and Manage American Small Town Leaders Award Program

Washington, DC - The National Association of Development Organizations today announced it has retained Barton Russell & Associates to develop and manage a new program designed to recognize extraordinary achievements by local elected officials. Russell is former President of the National Center for Small Communities.
