David Fearon, PhD

Dr. David Fearon knows small towns. He's lived and made a difference in several small Maine communities, and has been a valuable advisor to the organizations such as the National Center for Small Communities and the Council of Small Towns. Dave also knows a lot about business and communities, and how to bring out the best in people for producing excellent products, services, and living experiences.  He is a nationally recognized "quality" expert and serves as an Examiner for the Baldrige National Quality Award. Now an emeritus business professor, Dave is helping companies, towns, and nonprofit organizations replenish and grow their source of rising, enterprising leaders.
